PAYMENT  TERMS:  
50% of the total amount of this Appendix is paid in advance after the present Appendix is signed, rest 50% of the total amount will be paid before loading of the Goods, 
Payments will be, Made via bank transfer. 
 
 Sales Condition: 
1). The Goods will be delivered and handled to the Buyer within 120 days after the advance payment on FCA- İSTANBUL(İNCOTERMS 2010) 
2). Test Parts- Buyer is obligated to provide A-KLP the free-charge test samples within one month after placing order. Contrary to it, A-KLP has the right to finalize the shipping date, in case of needing. 
3). Warranty- Under regular operation, A-KLP offers Buyer one-year warranty for non-wearing parts.(PLC Control and driver, Vibration Boiler, mold set and electrical parts). Buyer should provide A-KLP the bad parts for replacement. 
4). Installation- The installation and training charge are exclusive from this quotation. The installation and training cost include the round-trip flight ticket from İstanbul to Buyer's factory, meals and accommodation in Buyer's country, and daily service charge of US$250 for each person. From departure to return, the service days are based on 5 days with 2 persons. 
5). Overtime installation- Except for the machine quality, the over working days is at Buyer account. 
6). Approval period- Machine set should be approved by order description, and not longer than two weeks after receiving machine set. 
7). Modification- For modification from Buyer, the extra cost is at Buyer ’s account. If machine set fails to deliver to Buyer due to Buyer's problems, Buyer shouldn't ask for the payment refund from A-KLP. 
8). Settlement- Prior to the payment settlement, each machine still belongs to A-KLP. Buyer should agree that A-KLP takes back above machine sets or secure fungible things for settlement, without going through any legal procedures, and no objections should be held by the Buyers accordingly.
