Kablo pabucu üretiminde kullanılan iş makinelerinin tamamı tarafımızdan tasarlanıp üretilmektedir.
1947 den bu güne Manuel kalıplar, Prograsiv otomatik kalıplar ve transfer kalıpları yapıyoruz.
Üretim hattının gerektirdiği operasyonları tek özel maksatlı makine haline getirerek üretimi insansız, daha az fire veren ve daha hızlı hale getirecek makinelerin tasarımı ve üretimini yapıyoruz.

We design and manufacture special purpose functional tools, machines and products.
In our design and production workshop, we produce under prototype and mass production conditions.
All of the work machines used in the production of cable lugs are designed and manufactured by us.
We have been making Manual dies, Progressive automatic dies and transfer dies since 1947.
By turning the processes required by the production line into a single special purpose machine, we design and manufacture machines that will make production unmanned, less wasteful and faster.

İnsansız Orbital bakır / aluminyum boru kesme ve havşalama işlemi tam otomatik vibro transferli kalıpla birleştirerek saniyede bir kablo pabucu üretebilirsiniz.
For cable lug production; All of them were collected on a single line from semi-finished product preparation to press production.
By combining the unmanned Orbital copper / aluminum pipe cutting and flaring process with a fully automatic vibro-transfer die, you can produce a cable lug per second.
